Pengaruh Isopropil Alkohol (IPA) pada Pembentukan Nanotitania Menggunakan Metode Hidrotermal pada Temperatur 250 oC

Research has been carried out on the effect of adding isopropyl alcohol (IPA) formation nano titania. This study aims to determine IPA phase and particle size TiO2. In this study, titania was synthesized by hydrothermal method at a temperature 250oC with variety different additions, namely 0.2 ml, 0.4 0.6 0.8 ml. Samples were characterized using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The XRD characterization results showed that diffraction peaks following standard database anatase, rutile, brookite phases. is calculated from FWHM value Scherrer equation, which in 10-13 nm range for anatase rutile 18-20 range. SEM 04IPA sample morphology not perfectly round grain uniform.
